Report a translation problem
To clear things up everything was made in SFM no compiling what so ever, the reason being that this is primarily above anything else an idea. The animations are most definatley not final and the way the view models are comprised means that it could not be easily dragged and dropped into the full game.
As I have said in the F.A.Q I do not mind who ends up doing the animations for this, I am not here to get money and if Valve were to make the animations they'd probably do a better job of it than I. The most I would ask for is a Self-Made Pip-Boy and nothing else and this whole submission was really just to say that more could be done with the cosmetic items valve have added to the game.
