The first time i decided to change the map on my server to gm_marsh, i was unable to join and decided to change the map back to something else, until i realized that this map had hijacked my RCon. Basically it seems your map is running some kind of autorun every time the server initializes that forces a changelevel command: This happens every time the server restarts or ever time i run changelevel manually through RCon, no matter what map.
