I dont understand the rants. They be part of the UK or the Empire anyway.
Promise them more freedom(after the war), even appearing as a own state on a map and making decisions for scotland more freely. Well, Easy to see them join the Empire.

Or are some people just annoyed that the title does not say:

its basicallysaying scotland is not its own ♥♥♥♥♥♥ as the map has a bit of england in it and the whole fo scotland
