How to uninstall properly / reset all changed trees ?

I don't know if it's mentionned somewhere on this worshop page but I didn't see it, how am I supposed to uninstall this mod, or reset to default assets?
I tried deactivating the mod and it just makes all the trees I changed disapear!
Please help :(
