Usable in-game version? I gotchu fam.
Messed around with the SFM download, the clip (if any is even there) doesn't detach when reloading but hey, it works.

Have fun ya cornflakes.

*Currently only replaces the stock pistol, will make more replacements upon request

maybe for medic's syringe gun? the two seem pretty much identical except for what it fires.

Ask the item author, i just rigged it to work in-game.
