Ash?
the skin looks like a cool variant, a new style of buff I don't think other skins have done, but from the screenshots that's totally Ash and not Excalibur, I dunno it would just fit Ash a lot better.

Edit. Yeah the second helmet version seals the deal, it just lacked the iconic head dongle of Excalibur, and that's a cool take for it too.

This would be an amazing Ash skin. Excal has far too many skins and I wish people would stop making them because they keep getting accepted!
