You can train in the courtyard area which has the two turtle stachus in it. I used the Ray Gun Mk 3, the packed flamethrower (cos it has unlimited ammo) and any other gun with dead wire on it. You could also camp in the pack a punch room with the mk 3 and use the zipline if you get overrun.

I've tried the pap area it's alright, but the zombies come at a slower rate though.
