Stats?
How about a tide turner reskin? I think this is a good idea for this shield because I love the tide turner but not how it looks on my Demoknight loadout.

lol.... imagine your stats, with the bootlegger, and 6+ heads with the eyelander..... i think we might finally have someone who's faster than scout

It can push people out of the way (like try in smite can do Enemies that are knocked up in the air are knocked away Guard Stance)

Charge - Para de usar a mão esquerda para segurar a arma e usa para se def, reduz 50% de dano de balas e armas brancas e reduz 20% o dano de explosivos, mas reduz a velocidade de movimento em 15%. Dura 10s.

Okay, here's an idea.
So, with this being a smaller shield, how about a smaller charge?

+Charge bar is divided into thirds, vaccinator style
+ charging only consumes one third of bar
+ small upward boost on charging
-80% charge duration
- no impact damage or crits from charging

The old shields give a big long movement boost, but what if you could replace it with a more agile segmented charge? Demoknights hopping around corners with well timed inputs, and making unpredictable movement easy. However, giving up that big forward charge is its own downside, as it leaves them unable to close the gap. Therefore, this shield would be more suited to close range ambushes using one or two charges, and using the second or third to keep up the chase. A whole new way to demoknight. So, what do you think?

+ 35% movement speed on wearer
+ M2 to do charge a short distance (0.5 second charge) and bash an enemy, dealing 125% of your equiped melee weapon, also knocking them back (airblast distance)
+ 30% melee resistance
- movement speed bonus is lost after charging until shield is recharged
- can not grant critical swings during charge.

I don't think it needs stats. I think it needs to be a reskin of the Tide Turner. Would love to be able to use the arguably best shield without having to strap a damn wheel to my arm...

But that's just my opinion.

Pros:
+you can punch: deal 25 damage, large knockback for victim (and mark for death (only for you) with bleed on 1 seconds).
And you can knock down.. and reflect (but reflect's hitbox much smaller ( size like hitbox on scout's taunt with automizer) then for knock down) projectiles and catch the arrow (when she on air) and send it back to the sender (or somebody) on the next hit. But don't catch arrow on fire, you know the consequences yourself
+15% faster movement speed
Cons:
-1.5 seconds needs for recharge
-Don't give crits, mini crits and charge toward on enemy
