Some commonly asked questions, along with anticipated questions about this submission. More questions will be added as comments come in:

Q: How do I download the mod? (or "How do I subscribe?")
A: Unlike other game's Workshop mods, you can't download mods from Steam Workshop. This submission page is for Valve's consideration on adding the item to the game. Mod submission will be on Gamebanana or Mods.tf sometime in the future.

Q: Wasn't this in the game already? (Or "Basically Stereoscopic Shades")
A: I actually forgot the Stereoscopic Shades were in TF2 until the model was largely done. And while I like the item, the paper glasses look wasn't something I liked, and I made these look more like sunglasses/nicer 3D glasses. Not to mention this submission is for all classes, and Engineer and Pyro have different lens/goggle things. I asked around before uploading this, and the common consensus was along the lines of "Engineer has multiple ponchos, so you should be fine". I also tried adding Yamo (creator of the Stereoscopic Shades), though he hasn't gotten back to me.

Tl:dr this is a wholly different model from the Stereoscopic Shades, and I've made it from scratch myself. I feel like there's room for both ingame.

Q: Is this item paintable?
A: No it is not. I feel like having the lenses paintable would kind of ruin the point of 3D glasses; they'd basically be regular sunglasses at that point. And I don't even want to imagine making the actual frames paintable. It's fine as-is!

Q: Why does the all class screenshot look kinda iffy?
A: I had forgotten after uploading this submission I've started playing TF2 with maxframe configs that turn off a lot of fancy source engine stuff (such as making mat_phong 0 a default setting, turning off the shiny lighting you normally see in vanilla TF2). I hadn't submitted anything to the Workshop in a long while, and it's currently 3am as I type this, so it was a stupid mistake. I'll make a better screenshot with vanilla settings after I get some sleep (and promptly remove this part of the FAQ!)

Q: If it's all-class, why do the thumbnail and SFM render focus on Scout, Pyro, and Engineer?
A: Because the model is effectively the same for all classes but Pyro and Engineer, and I personally like playing Scout the most. As for Pyro and Engineer, their versions of this item are different, and I figured I should point that out for anyone interested on having this item on those classes. Personally I think Engineer's over-the-top 3D goggles and Pyro's nonsensical 3D gasmask are cool!
