Circles / Ovals / Diagonal Lines
One thing I always want to be able to do with planning, is create circles, ovals or be able to pick point 1 and point 2 and it create a line between the two.

There is a mod called Circles & Ovals, but it deals with walls rather than planning.

Would be good to merge the two.

I realize this is an older comment but might help others as well. Use designator shapes, it will work for anything. I use it all the time for hexagonal planning.
