Hy, are you going to make a 25% cost reduced mod ? Or an event in star game to chose 25% / 50% ? That will be cool. Have a good day, sorry for my english.

Thanks for your comment. I plan in the future to try include and event where you can choose to either have a 25% reduction or a 50% reduction and maybe also an event to make the reductions player only.

it might also be possible to have an advisor (like the cheat population cheat mod) that only players can select that has this bonus.
