dumb sizelimit question

is the sizelimit about compressed models or not ? (for instance, if my sizelimit is 31, and a playermodel weighs 32 mb but when compressed only 15, will my sizelimit prevent me from downloading it ?)

it is the uncompressed size since we only really care about that (bigger size=bigger GPU usage and longer freezes while mounting). Download size can't be read from the api anyway.
