10-50% is not enough for High Level Elite characters without proper defenses which is a common problem of TL2 upgrade mechanics which are naturally difficult to acquire.

I did not mention this before because I was also waiting to see if others would request higher numbers so now it seems appropriate to also ask for a % raise.
Basically without "Damage Reduction" or alternative defensive measures, the character would get "one two hit" killed on the highest and hardest difficulty levels.

The Heal is over time and can be "eaten" away by high damage foes on the highest levels without good defenses.
And we should consider that players will have "glass cannon" builds that would need a high % auto healing check.
