[Suggestion] Add a Pygmy Wyvern

Barely big enough to ride. Bola-able. Harvests Chitin/Keratin like a wolf/saber. Crafts Cementing paste from Chitin/Keratin in inventory over time. Better maneuverability than their larger counterparts. Can only pick up smaller dinos and bugs. Pulminoscorpius Kibble. Venomous Bite (torpor) from all the bugs it eats.
