DD-MM-YYYY-Week
I modded the files and got the DD-MM-YYYY-Week
Not sure if owner allows it but theres no harm here.

How to get it? Make sure you close Wallpaper engine
1.Open the file where the wallpaper is.
2. Folder 'js'
3. Right click on 'time' and click 'edit' (should bring you into text)
4. Look for 'case 8'
5. Replace 'case 8' with : case 8://"YYYY-MM-DD week" case 8://"YYYY-MM-DD week"
oDate.innerHTML = "<span class='sec'>" + t.getDate() +"-"+(t.getMonth()+1) + "-" + t.getFullYear() + "&nbsp"+ we_array[t.getDay()] + "</span>"; Make sure it is properly replaced. Spaces matter I think. I'm not a coder.
6. Save.
7. Open Wallpaper engine and go down to date. It should be 'YYYY-MM-DD Week'.

And you also can change the "-" to ".". :-)
