Suggestions for the map!
Please add any suggestions or requests for the map! It still has plenty of room for additions and I want to hear your input! Thanks

Not going to happen mate. You know if you download the map you can see what's going on. This is a suggestion thread for things IN THE MAP. Not the steam page. Thanks

Could add steam donkey props to the lumber camps, or other misc logging equipment. Everything else is fine as is, just missing details and foilage in some places

My thoughts are more or less:

Extend standard-gauge trackage. It's no fun not to be able to run a train to the depot.....

hey man you must not understand the purpose of the standard gauge track as just a fixture
This is a narrow gauge layout and the standard gauge track serves as a spot for interchange. if you want to run standard gauge you have plenty of standard gauge maps to run on. This is 2ft.

Aaannnd this is Exactly what I saw coming.

Yes it's a 2ft map.

No, it's not a good idea to exclude people.
No, you don't have any reason not to just add an underground standard loop, and nothing else.
No, people won't play your map if it doesn't include thier tastes.

Telling no you I'm not going to add a feature that you want is not exclusion. I work with community members a lot for feedback and suggestions. Not everything's going to work. I don't want a standard gauge loop in game. Be patient and see what is to come. Don't throw hissy fits because you can't get everything you want.

Don't act like I don't take things into consideration. I told you what I think of your suggestion now move on.

Fair enough, but lack of standard-gauge trackage (and inability not to be a niche) is the #1 problem with "2ft" maps. Hence, I never see any servers running them, even if the're better maps.
(this map > NEC, but which one have I seen a server running)

And I thought my suggestions might fix that.

PS: Hardly "throwing hissy fits", I lose nothing if you change nothing. However, neither of us gain anything either.

A 2ft map is a 2ft map and it will stay that way. If people run 2ft they will use this map or another. If they want to run standard gauge they will use a standard gauge map. I have seen the map on at least 5-6 servers now and it has been used consistently on a private server I am a member of so I'm not too worried about that. Thanks

(facepalm even harder)

I don't want a standard gauge map!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want a well-rounded map, with a lot of emphasis on 2ft.
