Sorry I seemed a bit confrontational.

guppy right off the bat

(despite his fairly high starting stats) cannot pick up another active item

permanent 8-shot (also synergizes with the special items)

Elohim(OP)

gets huge damage ups for every room you don't get hit in, (AKA Gungeon/CaveStory's Polaris except instead of getting a small damage up every 30 rooms or so without getting hit, you get around 10 or 15 damage EVERY ROOM you don't get hit.)

Also, Elohim starts with three gold hearts, The video will explain why this is OP.

Fuzzy Dice is OP because it gives you an item EVERY TWO ROOMS (sure it can reroll an existing one instead but the sheer amount of items you get from this is staggering),

pair of cans does not seem to do anything

heart arrest seems like a good idea but it does not synergize with any of the special items

Burnt Diary seems OP because the pages persist between rooms and if you can clear rooms quickly enough you can get an army going

Blood Pudding seems very flat, just being a plain luck upgrade

Sugar, at first glance, seems like a nice little item you can get fom the boss pool, but it's replacing every item that comes after is ludicrous, I'd suggest making it the only item that isn't removed from the pool once you take it, still having the I need more vibe, but only in the pools that it is in and the same rarity it was initially,

Angry Apple Juice has a bit of a bug, being that you are strongly pulled towards the right side of a room even when all the enemies are gone

Marshall Scarf is just flat being a plain tears upgrade

Taenia is just a mess:

If you are moving nothing happens

If you are not moving, your tears either get pulled straignt down, straight up, down than turn at a right angle to initial teajectory, or go up and turn at a right angle towards initial trajectory

I'll post the item manuel so that you can read the specific effects of each item, Larval Therapy is very underpowered compared to Guppy (despite how it looks), Holy Chalice gives at max +4 damage, Xaphan has a permanent damage multiplier and range multiplier, and I believe that there needs to be some OP and some UP items to mix up the game a bit. I still plan on adding another ~50 items to the mod (A total of 75 is my goal) so I'll have many more items that are completely balanced. As for the other items, they're slightly more complex than you may think ;) Let me know if your opinions change after reading the item manuel with the next update! It will come very soon.

A: I've tested plain larval therapy on plain ol isaac and guppy on plain ol isaac on the same targets and larval therapy seems a lot stronger

B: Holy Chalice has given me ungodly amounts of damage, is this a bug?

C: Having great starting stats does not make up for the fact that he can not replace his active item (which only saves you from death four times anyway(this seems like the right strength to give as a starting item but as a permanet fixture? NO.))

A) Each familiar spawned by larval therapy does 1/15 of the tear's damage, just getting 1-10 hits in per bug before the bug dies.
B) That most likely is a bug yeah lol, 4 is the cap unless you have BFFs! which will increase it to a 10 damage max
C) His active item recharges, but I might consider a different debuff for dropping it than killing you. Most likely a luck debuff.
