try this
give her your armor. then make shure she wear it then pick pock all her clothing except the shoes then ask her to follow then give her other clothing . then take back yours then strip her then giv anything you want. or leave her naked with only underware and braw

so that way she dont reset to old ugly set and you can keep her in what you want and moded clothing dont aply to leveling unless she will not put them on but it should not mader and cat sut and a few outhers look good on her the high heels need to be replaced with one that you can levelup though
