You should be able to make some things work in Zeus or even MCC, though it has been a while since I did this kind of thing... There was a demo mission in our Project Leader's workshop but I'm not sure it works anymore. A hand full of SP missions have come out over the years I've been with the project but they all get outdated or even struck down by our Team. - This being said, I know that after release the Arma 3 community at large will probably cook up some sort of mission that can be played SP.

This being said - I have pretty bad internet too and I can still play. Arma is pretty forgiving and there are a few simple tweaks for your network that might help... Right now there is no whitelist for our server, so if you want the real experience - stop by and try to play with us.
