HOW TO FIX THE MOD ISSUES (Applies to all mods)
Sometimes Steam doesn't completely install the mod into Civ 5(not showing up in you downloaded mods). If this happens, follow these steps:

Unsubscribe from the mod(s) that have the problem.
Exit Steam and Civ 5.
Go to C:\Users\<user>\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache and delete Civ5ModsDatabase to reset the listed mods.(Won't delete your current mods).
Rerun steam and Civ 5 and resubscribe to the mods.

tried that
all i got was this:
windoes cannot find 'C:\Users\&lt;user&gt;\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache'
make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again

You need to put your username in replace of [&lt;user&gt;] Or it will not work. for example


C:\Users\EXAMPLEUSER\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache
