Era's moving to fast
I've spent about 30 hours playing with this mod with multiple different playthroughs. Each time my era ends really quickly and sure enough me and the rest of the civs are still only about 10 percent into the the era which is already ending, i can tell from checking the tech tree. Im not sure if this is just me but ive seen a few people complaining about it happening, its happening to me before I even complete the first tech in that era. Ive done some tweaking to the techs and eras before and discovered that simply making the maximum turns per era 1000 has fixed the issue because the game automatically moves to the next era after a certain amount of civs have reached the end of it. At least im pretty sure it works this way. Ive updated this mod with maximum turn limits very high for each era to see if it fixes it but its an issue ive been able to recreate again and again.

This same thing happened to me. I sat down just now to investigate why my game was going super fast, and now it looks like i found the answer. I think there is something with the mod or a setting i missed. We went through the ancient era flawlessly and it was great, then when classical era started, it ended really quickly, maybe in 10-20 turns, then the eras kept going by really quick until the world congress met and we were unable to select an option for industrial era buildings because we hadn't science'd them yet.

Same thing happens to me. Playing a zombie (l4d mod) survival Pangea world with this mod recently, and me+the world just entered the industrial era in like 1890. Even then, i was super far ahead with respect to my other play throughs with this speed mod, it took me like 25 cities snowballing hard just to keep up with the game eras, i don't think it's even possible to keep up with the calendar.
