Death upon entering PAP location

Every time i jump down i randomly die? why does this happen cant figure it out.

happened to me, did you have jug when you died, because I saw a video where people jumped down and weren't hurt, but they had jug and I didn't

so i was able to go down here onnce, didnt have all perks then i died after starting lockdwon, then i went with all perks and died instantly
