so where are they?
I've started a new game just to be sure and i've yet to see a single gun in my explorations.

They should show up as new item drops and in shops when the mod is installed, when the game dropped bows and arrows before they can drop guns and ammo.

Found none in my playthroughs so far. do they conflict with the weapon expansion mod?

Nope, no conflicts. They all should just mash together and work well. As Cuddigan said, they drop in the same group as bows.

I have the same problem. This is the only mod i have and i have not found any guns or ammo, just bows and arrows...

I mean, I bought a gun and ammo. Though, I've yet to see one drop.

In one playthrough I found a semi decent shotty and a crappy triple launcher... the vender sells a ton of cheap ammo though, so stock up because you probably won't be seeing another gun for a while

I keep finding shotgun shells and a pistol or bullets and a shotgun xD
