Individual Arms question

I know I've asked this before in the past and there weren't any plans for this, but exactly how time consuming would it be to split the arms into Left Arm/Right Arm customizations?

Any way you could add an ammo gauntlet like the actual Anarchy's children? Or how about rigging as right and left shoulder options? I'd like to have pockets on other Warden armor!
