Is it? I actually changed its pitch/speed, and I get something close to what you have.

I was sure to have recognized said sound, as a fan of MvM that jackhammer sound was reminding me a pitched/speeded up version of that looping sound.

Are you sure it's really not the sound? I'm saying that, cause from item desc you only made the mod, not the sound or model.
