i would make an overlay using the ring around the woofer cone and then make just the cone vibrate but I'm too lazy

Done it and there was no need for an overlay , just make the ring part of the background image and you're good to go ;)
i've linked all the resources in the video description and i'd be happy if you used or tweaked it
