Invocation: (Custom Spell Crafting Path)
  • Fire, Water, Earth and Air Melee Spells.
  • Fire, Water, Earth and Air Projectiles,
  • Fire, Water, Earth and Air Area of Effect Spells.
  • Fire, Water, Earth and Air Multiple Projectile Spells.
  • Fire, Water, Earth and Air each have their own custom effects . Fire = Damage over time, Water = Heals allies, stamina debuff enemies, Earth = Bonus Torpor and Armor Damage, Wind = Knockback!

    As an example, Invocation's Tome page is setup like this:

Druidry (Nature Attunment Path)
  • Innervate : Adds mana over time yourself and all nearby allies.

Occultist (Dark Magic Path)
  • Necromancy : Tamed dinosaurs drop a corpse when killed, that can be resurrected at a Tranquilo Hut.

Thaumaturgy (Magic meets science Path)
  • Infusion : Equipment may be placed into the Astrolab and infused with magic, for a chance at upgrading it to a higher (or lower) tiered item. It is possible to for an item to jump two tiers, in some cases in it's quality.

In testing..
  • A balance pass is underway, and may hit server testing within the next 2 patchs. This should significantly reduce the cost of spells, and in some cases damage. We expect many iterations of balance, but can't justify high costs, with a development build that in some cases may break.
  • Arkanic Tome will soon reach testing, to seperate paths in the mod so you can't learn everything.
  • Invocation and Shamanism will be removed.
  • Pyrokinetics (Fire), and Aerotheurge (Wind) will take their place, Geomancy will receive a small rework (Earth), and we will be adding in 2 new paths, Hydrosophist (Water) and Zealotry.
  • We are exploring a way to procedurally detect explorer notes spawns.This may effect the way players "Discover" the past (new paths). This will hit server testing once the tome is also ready.
  • Witchery's Enchanted Broomstick has been developed. It is now "Unstable Broomstick". We made some considerable balance passes at it a
