This is intended as some items that do this are meant for mod progression and there isnt any other way to get them, However if its ALL loot a dino drops ie armor weapons etc, then that means you're playing on singleplayer , DON'T! it explicitly states in the mod description that SinglePlayer has bugs, this is one of them.
