[HOW TO] Properly install "Improved Xen"

I see a lot of people have trouble installing this mod properly and have crashes.
This is simple step by step guide to it.

Go to Steam - Black Mesa - Right-click on it - Properties - Betas - select "halloween-update(cu4)". Wait for download to complete.
Black Mesa - Right-click on it - Properties - Local files - Verify integrity. Wait for it to finish and re-download files if necessary.
Subscribe to this mod.
Go to your Steam folder (where your steam is installed). Default is C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam. Then go to steamapps\workshop\content\362890\894282258\BMS and copy gameinfo.txt
Paste the gameinfo.txt to Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\bms. Replace the existing file.
Start your game and play. Enjoy the mod.

Disclaimer: This may brake other mods. Notable mod is On A Rail Uncut.
