One person transmitting can't hear anyone else

LR transmitting and receiving for most people but one person transmitting can't hear others respond to them, but others can hear them. Fix is to just grab some else's radio backpack but is hard to do and disruptive in middle of gameplay

Useless Medic has Arma 3

Having this issue too, the only temp[orary fixes i've found are tweaking & fiddling with the Mic Input settings every time the error occurs. seems to happen everytime you are rendered unconcious or die & respawn.
