Doll Faction Lore
Floodlands Rangers- These primitive Doll tribes live in camps all across the Floodlands and will try to help travelers if they end up being attacked. You can also talk to Ranger Masters to learn more about them, and Quartermasters to purchase high-tech goods (including Skeleton Repair Kits) and overhaul your characters appearance (but only if they are also a Doll.) The center of their power is the city of Panath, located in the northeast of the Floodlands. Thanks to an alliance with the more technically-minded and ambitious Tarlander Trade Union, the Rangers have created a trading hub and resting place in one of the harshest environments on the continent.

Tarlander Union: A group of Dolls in the Deadlands and the surrounding areas have banded together to form a loosely united trading company. Known for their odd dialect taken from the Dust Bandits (who made up the majority of this Doll group's first contact with humans) and their tendency to overcharge unsuspecting buyers. You can find their camps across the deadlands, and their caravans a bit farther out. Talking to their iron-hatted leaders may allow you to learn a thing or two. Their headquarters is the small town of Arianton, named after President Arian, founder of the Union.

Doll Grievers- These are Dolls who have been driven to madness and despair over the loss of their old masters, and will attack anyone on sight. Grievers can be found anywhere more civilized Doll tribes are located. You can also recruit them. To do this, KO them, and place them in a cage. A dialogue option will then pop up where there's a percentage-based change of the Doll joining your squad. There is also a slight cooldown for this, so whether you fail or succeed, you will have to wait some time before trying again.

Doll Wanderers- While not really an actual faction, this represents the various loners and scavengers that wander the polluted wastes. Doll Wanderers can be found in the ruins areas. They are loners with mediocre combat skills. You will have many options on how to interact with them. You will also find camps of wanderers in biomes adjacent to the main factions. You can currently find some wanderer camps in the Purple Sands biome.

Abnormal Grievers- There have been sightings of strange grievers in the middle ruins, standing a full head taller than a normal human and fighting with unnatural savagery. These rumors couldn't be true, could they?

Ironblood Enclave- A mysterious horde of Abnormal dolls that seem intent on destroying their smaller cousins, these mad machines are a threat to almost anyone they encounter. In addition, they regularly enslave organic beings to use as maddened thralls, utilizing horde tactics to wear enemies down.

Jussit Organization- Even more mysterious than the Enclave, and a bitter enemy of that force, the Jussit Organization is an enigmatic group of Dolls operating in the far southeast regions of the world. Almost no civilizations have had contact with the Organization save for a few scant encounters with what seem to be scouts and supply caravans heading deeper into the ashlands, escorted by packs of what seem to be trained security spiders. Some madmen believe that the Jussit Organization actually originates in the ashlands, and desperately seeks to fight its way out in the same way the rest of the world wants to fight its way in. But that would be crazy, right?
