Water- and Skeletal wyverns
Do they spawn naturally or only with admincheat? and if they spawn naturally:where?

the skeletal wyverns spawn at the same place as the fire variations, and the water.. what map are you on?

Where are water dragons on The Island?

There is a water dragon spawn near Carno Island, if you fly to the south of the island looking north, the spawn is off to the left, u can see a large rock under the water, they spawn on the top of that rock
