So I think I WILL start sooooo lets START

( i ) MOST of these effects are permanent and you dont need to hold the weapon to get them
( i ) equipps on the secondary slot (the one for the pistol)
( + ) plus 25% max metal (250)
( + ) ONLY if he holds the backpack he will hold a bag of BACON wich he can eat to heal 100 health (he can ONLY get the BACON back at the Suply Cabinet near the spawn)
( + ) He can surive ONE backstab
( - ) - 10% movement speed
( - ) IF he gets Backstabbed he will LOOSE the backpack WITH ALL of the effects good and bad and will surive with ONLY 50 health (he can get the backpack at the suply cabinet back)
( - ) 10% MORE damage from Fire

mmmmhhh nice idea but I kinda dont like the fact that it replaces the primary think about it if you have the wrangler equipped your ONLY weapon is you wrench and that us not so cool

Thats exactly the point. This item gives so many perks, but it replaces your main way of personal defense. Its much like a demoman's shield, as it replaces the stickybomb launcher, but offers sheer amounts of defense, and a charge ability.

KK sadly thats just the way that is sure you can have an argument with the community but you should try to solve it and not make it worse
