CTs having the bomb
if you can manage to switch the T's and CT's player models, it would be fun having the CTs blowing up the T's base.

tho, CTs would have AKs....

Voiceline usage is defined by the playermodel names though

The terrorists are occupying the buildings. And as of the "thats a terrorist thing", the cement plant coop map from operation wildfire had one mission where the CTs had to plant the bomb in the plant...

This is quite a dumb idea to be honest. Its just the same as swapping the CT/T spawns around. Also, there's quite literally no point in this. CT's blowing things up is the same as terrorism, so they can be considered terrorists. I'm guessing you're young as well, since this level of "creativity" only comes from the youth.
