Road Flares at daytime

Strangely looking Road Flares. Haven't tested it at night yet, but during daytime it looks like this:

Yeah I noticed this too during the day, but at night they look correct and bright as ♥♥♥♥.

during the daytime, 10% of the time they actually emit light, at nighttime they look normal for me, super bright, i honestly couldnt tell u why it ♥♥♥♥♥ up in the daytime
