Health Items
It feels like the probability of finding health up items is really low or that some health up items don't show up.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Samael does not contain any code that involves item pools, so it would be very odd if this is the case.

Unless Samael starting with no red hearts causes this to happen somehow. Could also just be a coincidence.
