Physics/Society/Engineering Academy Produces 10 of the specified research and 1 of each other, upkeep of 4 energy Requires society tech "Research Mastery" Which should require Each of the max level research facilities researched, the research insitute, and a society tech I have yet to give you... and am about to. Research Encoding Base. Planet Unique, produces 2 of each research type, increases research produce of each type on the planet by 15% Which is gotten in a tech "Peer Review Encoders" which would require the three research buildings and the institute. Suggestions on fallen buildings

Planetary Teleportation Facility +12 Unity, +30% migration attraction, -50% migration time, +5% happiness on planet. 8 energy upkeep, planet unique, costs 750 minerals to build. Requires Planetary Capital Galactic Teleportation Hub +16 Unity, +15% empire unity, -10% empire migration time (If possible), 15 energy upkeep, Empire Unique, upgrade from planetary teleportation facility. Requires Empire Capital-Cpmplex costs 1000 minerals. Both of those require society tech "Planetary Teleportation" Which has a tech requirement of Auto-Curating Vault and Planetary Shielding.
