Where would you input this mod into the torchlight modloader?

Most likely near the middle:

Below any mod that changes Stats, Loot, Items, Points, Pets.

Above any mod that adds new Dungeons, Quests and large Additions.

Possibly below other Class mods unless those other mods add Items.

Thank you! It seems that this mod does not work general passives and I believe that is where the error is and why it was no loading. I really liked general passives tho debating on what i want to give up... more classes or more passives lol
