Disable Crossair!!!!

I like to play without crossair, but I can't disable it! I tried to disable the HUD and the crossair via console, but nothing!

Yeah the cross hair is so dim i can barely see and even if i see it it sucks. Maybe add new better crosshair or find a way to just disable it plz?
