One Civic I've dreamed of writing is a Monsato (the "evil" agri-business conglomerate bought out by Bayer) Civic for Corporations. Basically, your Mega-Corporation started out as an agricultural conglomerate when you take it. It is similar to Agrarian Ideal, but without the Pacifism.

The Monsato Civic, like Agrarian Ideal, increases Farming Housing and causes Farmers to make Unity, but unlike the latter, it does not increase Housing in non-agricultural districts. Monsato Corporations can build clones of the Fast Food Restaurant ON THEIR OWN PLANETS and can upgrade Vanilla rendition Fast Food Restaurants they place elsewhere.


The government with Monsato is simply Agri-Business or something clever, like GMO Conglomerate.

When you combine Monsato with Televangelism, you get the Arisen Charity Government, which increases Workers' political power while giving them a significant boost to Happiness and Unity, alongside giving the Vanilla rendition benefits of Gospel of the Masses. It also makes other empires like you more and makes them more willing to trade.

You cannot have Monsato and Criminal Element together.
