Bio the Human has The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

BALANCE

I really like the item!
It fits very well in the isaac's Lore and gameplay, but i found it quite unbalanced.
Once you put many many puddles, you just can oneshot bosses and other staff.
So my suggestion would be that puddles have a time and then they disappear.
Maybe 5/10 sec?
