I'm having a few problems. I don't know if it's user error or just my "Generous" ammount of mods conflicting.
I can not seem to cast the damaging spell from the staff even if I have the perk. (Note I can manage to get the staff to illuminate.) I don't really know what the problem is but if I couls have some help i'd be greatful.
