Report a translation problem
Be sure that wallpapers engines volume is maxed out in the windows volume mixer. Also be sure the correct audio device is selected in wallpaper engine if your audio is not on the default device.
If you have Razer headset, Nahimic or any kind of software that does audioprocessing then check this thread ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/431960/discussions/2/348292787747453462/ ) or search the forums to see if someone else has run accross the problem
