if you upgraded the bottom floor of your merchants then he moves in there.

Mine did too and I moved him I tot he bottom of the other store but he still hasn’t come back I’ve waited a few days now but nothing and suggestions?

i had no solution other than reverting to an old save and trying a more stable location

If we can find out his game id im sure you can spawn him back in using the commands
