+75% Silent killer
+25% faster reload speed
+10% fire resistance
On kill: Victims body goes invisible and a decoy of the player pop up for 5 seconds
Headshots do 150 damage

-5% walk speed
By crits a hard sound can be heard,pyro's are alert
-30% weapon changing


Crafting:
Your eternal reward + Ambassador + Tomislav

I am a spy main so here are my thoughts

Weapon Is Silent and Can Almost Not Be Heard
-20% damage to buildings
Mini Crit on Headshot
+20 cloak gained on kill
Killing Someone Removes Debuffs Such As Jarate,MadMilk etc.
-10% Damage Penalty

- Minus 32 clipsize.
- Takes 10% more time to go completely go invisible on cloak then stock.
