The Sleeper Agent
Weapon Stats, Crafting?
Take note that Valve doesn't take user suggestions, there are just there for community opinons and also, for fun. So for my stats:

+Silent Shot (Enemies won't scream in pain when hit or killed)
+15% damage to players
+On Kill: Victim courpse will turn invisible. (No killfeed shown)
-40% damage to buildings
-30% ammo capacity
-20% less firing speed

Crafting:

Your Eternal Reward + Enforcer + Reclaimed Metal

So... What do you think?

Sillent killer:when you kill somebody it doesn`t display it on the kill feed
Shoots are sillent
-20 damage

What about:

-Silenced shots = Not the red thing that noticiate a loss of health (so the person can't really see that he lost health unless he checks his health "cross")
-No hurt screams
-No death feed
-No corpse

And then I don't know for the oher eventual stats.

Sense it is called "Sleeper" agent. Perhaps the gun shot would not do damage upon hitting an enemy and instead just plants a bullet in the enemy (1 bullet per enemy) and the spy (as long as he is alive) can detonate it to do damage whenever he likes. Sort of like a stickey bomb you can place on a player.

Silent shots
does no damage on contact
Shots do no damage but mark targets
Mouse wheel click to detonate all marked targets

50% less damage.
-75% clip size
Cannot reload until all marks are detonated.

I think it also should make it so the red damage indicator that shows which direction the damage comes from shouldn't show up when this gun shoots you, because more often than not that is how people find people shooting at them, rather than the actual sound.

if disguised, shot breifly undisguises spy, and then re-disguises him again
pinpoint accuracy at long range

-25% ammo per clip
-10% damage
-10% firing speed

how about you make it
+silent killer: does no noise from shooting or killing
+can shoot 2 times before undisguises (the number can be changed)
+marks target for death
-20% fire speed
-can not random crit
changed the stats a month or 2 after

On /tf2g/ a few days ago, there were a few ideas brought up for this. Overall, it ended up something such as:

>Will not undisguise on use, overrides disguise weapon (For example, a spy disgised as a sniper would still be holding this weapon instead of the snipers weapon)
>-40% damage
>-33% clip size
>Cannot reload while disguised
>Loud and distinct firing sound effect

Probably still not balanced enough, but it would be fun to see in action.

shoots as fast as you can click
able to do critical hits on headshots
40% more accurate

-40% overall damage
cant get mini-crits

I actually like these stats the best, except for the ammo capacity.

On hit: Target is slowed by 20% for 6 seconds
+Shot is silenced
+50% damage against overhealed players
+10% accuracy

-20% damage against non-overhealed players
-10% reload speed

A bit weak against normal players but if you get a hit on a heavy that's being healed, he'll have a ton of trouble moving.

Silent shot, Silent killer, cannot be heard or seen in kill feed, -10% damage to players, +on kill corpses will turn invisible +15% cloak recharge -22% clip size
