Yea thats BNSF being an ass and not letting non-Americans buy their licensed locos.. sorry bout that

Good scenario, but, 2 of the signals at he west end of the yard in downtown Wenatchee are stuck at red. Was able to get permission to pass one of the signals, but, I wasn't able to get clearance to pass the second signal. Eventually, I just had to run it, (professional, I know :P ) as I know the next signal was at an approach aspect.

Btw, perhaps you should make a second part, going from Berne Siding to Everett.
