Thanks for letting me know!
This must be a new issue from the little hotfix last week. I'll look into it and try to upload a fix early next week (hopefully Monday/Tuesday)
Muscovy appears to be a bit more aggressive with the mod on. Although it seems to kinda expand in this direction even without the mod, it can reach Georgia and the crimean peninsula by around 1500 with the mod. The AI focusses a tad more on expanding towards the south, reaching provinces Russia irl reached maybe a century later.
(it might be the result of a change somewhere else, but idk and do keep in mind the AI acts similar without the mod - I'm still sure I noticed sth in recent tests.)
Thank you again for bringing the problem to my attention! I was able to find & hopefully resolve the issue. Please do tell me if you encounter anything else.
@Argacyan
Thanks for letting me know.
I haven't specifically made Russia more agressive, but it may be a side effect of some of the other changes. I'll also keep an eye on it, and welcome any more information/updates on balance.

Essentially, this province has 0 supply limit. The game seems to treat 0 as infinity, and as such I take no attrition.
Wow, that is facinating.
I suppose the only possible solution is to rebalance supply limits for 0 is impossible... it will be couple days, though.
Thanks for pointing that out!
I don't use any mods that would conflict with this one, and when I disabled this mod the forts updated as they should normally, but reverted back to what was happening before when I reenabled it.
Well this addon does affect fort level & garisons, you're sure this isn't working as intended? Fort levels are now 1-2-3-5 instead of 2-4-6-8 to account for the greater number of forts expected in BT, also more generally because I was tired of 60 year sieges.
If it truly is malfunctioning and showing lower level forts where it should be higher, then that is very odd indeed... but I can look into it.
Thanks for the response though.
Odd. I'd direct you to BT's troubleshooting thread for tip on getting Steam to wotk, but it sounds like it worked out.
Edit: on the diplomacy panel the CB does not show up so it seems to be a misfiring of some sorts.
Odd.... I don't think I've touched anything which might cause that, but I'll be sure to watch out for it.
Also, I have this little... quirk, that I discovered. Apparently when you reach 100% army professionalism, you only ever get 9.9% discipline. Though, I suppose this is more a case of paradox math than anything.
EDIT: Actually, this was a weird edge case where the 100% army professionalism notification popped up when I had just below 100% army professionalism, but wasn't really applying until I raised it by that small amount, even though it said I had 100.0% army professionalism.
Bah, I tested it briefly, but not exhaustively... I suppose it was too much to hope for with the 80 dev requirement for the bonus merchant. Thanks for letting me know... Not sure what I'm going to do about it, but I'll give it some thought.
