Making a Turret
I'd like to know some tips/guides to make a manned stationary turret.

For a stationary turret you just need your base plate, then the turret base plate that rotates, then an aimer prop that you attach the gun to. First you axis the turret base plate to the main base plate for horizontal rotation, top or bottom of each piece to the top or bottom of the other piece. Then you axis the gun aimer to the turret base plate for vertical movement, so side of the aimer to side of the turret base plate.

Using the axis centre tool makes this easier, as it makes the axis pivot point in the center of the first prop you select.

After that's all setup you'd just setup the e2s, you'd need a camera and an aimer e2, and have to set them up in the same way as outlined in this video.

Just ignore the torso parts and pay attention to the wiring.

Thanks for the help, but I've noticed for some reason that the DAKTEK weapons aren't damaging things besides props that are connected to a hitbox chip. (Doesn't damage NPCS or Players) Is there a setting somewhere?

The weapons should automatically do damage to NPCs and players aside from things such as striders and helicopters, which have some special forms of health and can only be damaged by certain ingame items.

Did you make sure that player damage was on and that people weren't in god mode?

well, i use it on an antlion guard (anyweapon) and it says it does damage, yet nothing happens to it. some other things it's fine with however

Antlion guards have a massive amount of health, how much do you shoot them and with what guns?
