Addon changes how wiremod works? Or is it a bug?
I have wiremod robots that lock onto other players and uses thrusters and vector thrusters to move and aim at them, but when i have this addon installed they don't work as intended and it makes them go out of control. They don't use e2 and I spawn them using the vanilla duper.

The addon makes no changes to wiremod. Where there any other changes since them working?

If you uninstall the add-on do they start working normally?

Yes. They start acting oddly when I install this addon.

What are some things they do that constitutes "acting oddly"? Are there any errors going on when they are spawned? What wiremod entities are used on the robots? Is your wiremod up to date? Is this an issue in your singleplayer game or on a multiplayer server? Do you have the issues in a different server? Is DakTek being used on anything in the build?

They target things as normal but their thrusters and vector thrusters does not work as they usually do when Daktek is installed, instead thrusters keep on switching back and forth and vectors keep going towards random directions or just don't move at all.

The robots usually only use these:
Target Finder
Beacon Sensor
Thruster
Vector Thruster
Turret

There are no errors popping up when this happens, and my wiremod is up to date. This happens in singleplayer and on multiplayer servers that have it. Daktek is not being used on any of the builds.

Looking over the code of these entities, i see nothing where there would be any sort of compatability issue. Could you try joining my server DakTek Proving Grounds so that I can see the issues myself and have access to any debug logs generated?
